Well well it's been quite a while since I said anything on here which usually I tend not to care to post, but seeing is how I am bored and don't want to read Anthology of Japanese literature for my masterpieces class updating is needed. The last few months have been fine I got a cat, my dad came to vist, I got a laptop, did some exams, been busy, bought Eerie indiana and some other movies, watch movies, and stopped by Oktoberfest. Yeah it's alot but hell it's life. I love the weather in Colorado I am actually getting a fall. It's cold and the leaves are chaging and falling, I saw seagulls flying south for the winter and it's super awesome. I never got the fall in Midland cause the town sucks. I love it here! But I will be home in November for anyone who was wondering. Hmm I got tired of typing so deal with it! >:P

| Your Birthdate: February 16 |
![]() Your birth on the 16th day of the month gives a sense of loneliness and generally the desire to work alone. You are relatively inflexible, and insist on your being independent. You need a good deal of time to rest and to meditate. You are introspective and a little stubborn. Because of this, it may not be easy for you to maintain permanent relationships, but you probably will as you are very much into home and family. This birth day inclines to interests in the technical, the scientific, and to the religious or the unknown realm of spiritual explorations. The date gives you a tendency to seek unusual approaches and makes your style seem a little different and unique to those around you. Your intuition is aided by the day of your birth, but most of your actions are bedded in logic, responsibility, and the rational approach. You may be emotional, but have a hard time expressing these emotions. Because of this, there may be some difficulty in giving or receiving affection. |

Today is the eigth it has been six months.. since when you may ask? Since Im not telling you! Im just saying it for the sake of saying it's been six months. Last night I was watching tv at 3 o'clock in the morning and guess what comes on. Teenage Mutant Ninja Tutrles three. Now I was hoping it was Mothra when the japanese style thing came on.. it's sci fi people so why would it be a kungfu movie. I put in a job application today over the internet. It's good since I don't like to get up and move. I don't think I will get the job since I am a sucky applicant. Other than that I have been sitting around and doing nothing. Woo

Now Im sure everyone was thrilling for an update right? Nah probably not. I had a few fun nights out with various people , alright not that various just Heather Stevie and Mike. And you know what? I had a lot of fun and want to hangout with them again sometime. But the biggest news besides my lack of a job, is the shitty pain that I have in my mouth. Yes kids.. Gonoreaha hehehehe bwahahaha no no no I have an infection or something in the front left tooth and have to take drugs and antibiotics to fix it. I have been missing yummy meals, take on five liters of water or more a day and to top it all off I have hell sleeping. Yeah it sucks.I've been laying down alot while watching movies. I rented: Drop Dead Gorgeous,Clue, The tale of two sisters, pom poko (went out and bought it), Mermaid forest, jawbreaker, bt Im a cheerleader, and Tomie. Most of the I have seen before but like enough to watch again. Anime was new ones though that I hadnt gotten to see. All made sitting around alot beter.
But,I went to the dentist today and he still doesn't understand as to why it is doing it..see the cavities he fix arent near my nerve so either I got an infection or my nerve is just "going" as he put it. So he took out my fillings that I had done about a month ago and put in this sensitive fillings. ( Im really not sure) he prescribe more medicine and painkillers, and instructed me to call tomorrow to tell him how it works. "The pain should clear up within a day or two". We shall see right? Right!?

New York
Aug. 12th, 2005 | 11:10 am
mood:
typey typey
Alright I haven't posted anything decent in livejournal since the day I came home from vacation. So first I'll discuss New York, then the week a little. *waits for the gentleman in the back to wake up before continuing* .. It's not to interesting I suppose, since I lead a rather calm and relaxing life, which I enjoy quite a bit.
New York:
Wednesday- I leave for the airport around 10:30 with Jason, we await out flight which is delayed until noon. And then it gets canceled. "What cancled? That can't happen I have to meet my father in New York and he already waits on us for an hour" I talk to the lady at the counter about rescheduling flights. We get put on a 4:09 flight which clashes with the 5:35 connection in Dallas to the Newark airport. We tell the lady we are willing to try to still catch our regularly scheduled flight from Dallas. She hands us out tickets and places us on the list for the little later flight just in case.She sends out bags on the earlier flight that was full so that they would still get to the airport on time. We leave go to Odessa for some lunch and to get some books for Jason ( he bought three Berserk mangas and he got me Ayashi No Ceres 12 and MeruPuri). We return to the airport and take out flight at 4:09. Now when we reach Dallas we rush to the other terminal, we missed it. We go back to the other flight desk and get boarding passes to the next flight at about seven. This flight is late and we end up in Newark airport at 11:30. My dad had been waiting in baggage claim for five hours. Poor dad. We all get in a taxi and so to the Sheraton New York hotel in the middle of times square. Now that was nice. It was a late night.
Thursday- After a hellish day of late flights it was nice to get some sleep. We left the hotel about eleven (which is ten here time) grab a taxi and head to the Metropolitan Museum. It took a total of three hours to see it all and still there was a few exhibits closed. We ate lunch in the museum, something small to tie us over. Jason doesn't care for museums too much be he liked the weapons area so at least he didn't hate the whole thing. I enjoyed it. After that we walked around, going to a few places and shops. Walked by Cental Park.
We went to F.A.O Schwartz which is a hella big toy store. If any of you have seen the movie Big you would remember the giant keyboard scene, yeah they had employees who did that upstairs. When you walk in a guy dressed in a toy solider uniform opens the door for you, in the main room, is tons of life-like stuffed animals. They had a life size elephant and giraffe, they were soo cool I wouldn't mind having one if they weren't 1,500. Also on the main floor is a soda shop and candy store. I got some gummies and hard candy to munch on. My dad got some red vines and red hotts. Jason ended up eating most of my candy especialy the baby jawbreakers. One the lower level there is acarde games, outdoor toys and collectors items. On the second floor they have baby dolls, blocks , toy cars, the barbies, little kid toys, much more. It was funny to see the baby dolls lined up in cradles behind a plastic wall and a lady dressed as a nurse goes out and plays with them as if they are real. Man that must be a crazy job. There is also a lady who dresses up like a princess and reads to the little kids in the block section. One of the coolest things there has to be the mini hummers, jags, porsches, ferraris, and other cars. These mini's don't go more than five mph and run on gasoline. Retail price $15000. Crazy huh?
After the toy store we walked around more and back down to the hotel we picked up some Ray's Pizza. MMmm Delicious. And then changed for the play we were going too. We walked to the broadway play "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels". This play kicked soo much ass it is unbelieveable. John Lithgow (sp?) was in it. The guy of the voice of lord farqua in shrek!!!. Eii! It was the greatest. There was this other actor who is strictly broadway , the way he acted was spectacular. He hopped around was visual played with the audience verbally, ran around half naked, showed his bare butt, sang, danced, man he was awesome. The whole play was god like. I want to see it again!!!. On the walks back to the hotel at 11 my feet were killing me, my shoes I chose weren't meant for walking twelve blocks. (six there and six back). I wouldn't have wore the shoes if I had known we were in Times Square and would be so close.
Friday- Today's destination: Ellis Island Statue of Liberty and Chinatown Little Italy. On the cab ride over to Battery Park we saw ground zero. Personally I didn't care. I saw a large battleship, turns out that was a museum. When we got to Battery Park dad got tickets to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Then we waited in line for the ferry that would take us. After the line you go through security and then get into the last line. The ferry was hot but it was neat being on one. At least for me. I'd never been on a big boat before, just the ones at the lake with Jason. Our first stop was the Statue. It wasn't as big as I had been lead to believe from Ghostbusters. My dad took my picture with Jason in front of it.. I dislike pictures very much but my dad only sees me twice a year. So I let him. After looking at the statue we awaited the next ferry. I would have thought that we could go up into the statue but however those tickets are hard to get and you can't go all the way up anymore. Ellis Island was neat. You saw the process immigrants used to have to go through, the rooms, the history of the builiding, the different pamplets and much more. We caught the ferry back to Battery Park and caught a cab to the next place.
China town. I had a field day here with all the little shops and places to see. We had lunch at Jing Fong a super yummy chinese place. It was owned by the chinese so it wasn't imitation crap. I had some of the best noodles ever and sweet and sour shrimp, and tea. Jason had beef.My dad had shrimp and mine was chicken noodles. We all shared because that is what you do, like Jason said. They gave us a beef noodle for a starter. After the super yummy meal we went into a video game store. I got an imported nintendo ds, which is smaller than the u.s verison and is pink. I got Super Mario ( the 64 one) and Pac pix for it. Jason asked about mod chips while my dad looked around. I liked that store alot. We walked into many little stores (one where Jason bought Bleached) and a grocery store where I was upset that they didn't have cocopalm. :( I haven't been able to find that in years. We stoped in little Italy to have a desert. Jason and my Dad got italian sodas and gillatos, and I had some italian ice thingy that was tastey. I went to a Paul Frank store ( the monkey). I got some clothes three shirts. One with a pirate ship, one with a rocketship "Paul Frank is your friend even in outer space", and and Andy Warhol with Paul Frank shirt. I love my shirts very comfortable.
We walked down to our hotel again and stoped in Forbidden Planet. A large comic book store Jason bought the Berserk Box set and the new manga.Then we went down to times square and went to see Wedding Crahers. It was funnier than I thought it would be. My dad laughed hystericaly. He loved it.On the way back to the hotel we picked up pizza ( I forgot the name of this place) also very good.
Saturday-First stop The Natural History museum, ate lunch and spent three hours there. Not too much to it. Went to Macy's. I got a pair of jeans. Something I needed. We looked at all nine floors, and my dad went to the ninth to get some luggage. They were doing tryouts for Ameica's Next Top Model. Those girls that were trying out though, didn't look like they should be models. Not pretty or anything. Once again we walked around and went back to forbidden planet. This time my dad got to look around (they make you check your bags at the door and we didn't have any except my purse this time) he found it interesting. I picked up some mangas. I got S.o.s, Tokyo boys and girls, Tokyo Mew Mew ala Mode, and Tsubasa 6. Jason got a Sin city wallscroll. Next was the Virgin Megastore. Bought some cd's Charlie and the chocolate factory ( love those oompa loompa songs), Rocky Horror Picture show soundtrack (just shut up) , an old Three Doors Down cd ( I like one song "Be like that") and a L'arc en ceil cd. Jason and my dad bought cds too. Then to the large Toys R us so Jason could get something for his little sister. A large stuffed dog with an I love New York shirt. I got Yoshi Touch and go. This toy store had a ferris wheel. Impressive. We stopped at the street festival, to get italian sausage, smoothie, and a crepe. Went to the hotel, then went to Bubba Gump shrimp for dinner.
Bubba Gump was crazy it is all themed on Forrest Gump. Obviously right? Well they play the movie in there as you wait an eat. (you can watch it if you are near the screens). I loved the wait service there they have signs on the tabel that say "Run forrest run" and "Stop forrest stop".. the run one means that the waiter/waitress doesn't need to stop at the table, and the stop means to come and take order, or we need somethng. It is effective. They have different fruit lemonades. My dad got strawberry, Jason had blueberry. And most of the menu includes shrimp. I had battered shrimp. It was fun and in the middle they had a girl asking our section trivia about the gump, and me and my dad knew all the questions. It was a fun meal most definately. On the way back to the hotel again we stop but this time at the mister softiee truck to get icecream, a popsicle, and a milkshake.
Sunday- Our last day was going to the Empire State Building. We waited in a thirty minute line to get the tickets. My dad bought these "fastpass" type tickets which means we don't ever have to wait in line for the elevators. That took two hours of waiting of which we weren't standing around. A nice thing to do. It's weird being at the top of that building you can see so much. Generally I would be a little paranoid about being up there but they had guard fence all around (for the people who liked to commite suicide from there) so I felt way safe. I bought my mom a bell and Dan a shot glass there. You can see everything in New York from there almost. We left the State Building and went to eat lunch at Lombardi's. That was the pizza me and Jason heard about on the tv as the best. It was the best I had in New York but not the best overall ( that's still villa reial). More walking and a stop at Barnes&Noble (mostly for my dad) I got xxxholic 5 and Legal Drug3 and Stephen Kings it. Then we walked to times square again and went to the Madame Tusaudes. This one had things I haven't seen so it was neat, but I think a little over priced for how small it was. We went and saw Rockafeller Center , kinda boring in the summer time. I would love to see it around Christmas with it's large tree. And for the last New York meal we ate at an expensive fancy steak place. To give you a small idea my little bitty steak alone no sides cust $31.25 . Yeah the whole meal was $168 but that was my dad's choice to go. He was the one who picked it and wanted it. It was real good though. I spilt water on myself there.. embarassing I tell you. Both dad and Jason made fun of me.
Monday- More minor delayed flights and I get home by 10.
~~~The week as of Tuesday: Warcraft
Current News:In search of decent non food job and a college that I like outside of the state that works with Jasons campuses.
New York:
Wednesday- I leave for the airport around 10:30 with Jason, we await out flight which is delayed until noon. And then it gets canceled. "What cancled? That can't happen I have to meet my father in New York and he already waits on us for an hour" I talk to the lady at the counter about rescheduling flights. We get put on a 4:09 flight which clashes with the 5:35 connection in Dallas to the Newark airport. We tell the lady we are willing to try to still catch our regularly scheduled flight from Dallas. She hands us out tickets and places us on the list for the little later flight just in case.She sends out bags on the earlier flight that was full so that they would still get to the airport on time. We leave go to Odessa for some lunch and to get some books for Jason ( he bought three Berserk mangas and he got me Ayashi No Ceres 12 and MeruPuri). We return to the airport and take out flight at 4:09. Now when we reach Dallas we rush to the other terminal, we missed it. We go back to the other flight desk and get boarding passes to the next flight at about seven. This flight is late and we end up in Newark airport at 11:30. My dad had been waiting in baggage claim for five hours. Poor dad. We all get in a taxi and so to the Sheraton New York hotel in the middle of times square. Now that was nice. It was a late night.
Thursday- After a hellish day of late flights it was nice to get some sleep. We left the hotel about eleven (which is ten here time) grab a taxi and head to the Metropolitan Museum. It took a total of three hours to see it all and still there was a few exhibits closed. We ate lunch in the museum, something small to tie us over. Jason doesn't care for museums too much be he liked the weapons area so at least he didn't hate the whole thing. I enjoyed it. After that we walked around, going to a few places and shops. Walked by Cental Park.
We went to F.A.O Schwartz which is a hella big toy store. If any of you have seen the movie Big you would remember the giant keyboard scene, yeah they had employees who did that upstairs. When you walk in a guy dressed in a toy solider uniform opens the door for you, in the main room, is tons of life-like stuffed animals. They had a life size elephant and giraffe, they were soo cool I wouldn't mind having one if they weren't 1,500. Also on the main floor is a soda shop and candy store. I got some gummies and hard candy to munch on. My dad got some red vines and red hotts. Jason ended up eating most of my candy especialy the baby jawbreakers. One the lower level there is acarde games, outdoor toys and collectors items. On the second floor they have baby dolls, blocks , toy cars, the barbies, little kid toys, much more. It was funny to see the baby dolls lined up in cradles behind a plastic wall and a lady dressed as a nurse goes out and plays with them as if they are real. Man that must be a crazy job. There is also a lady who dresses up like a princess and reads to the little kids in the block section. One of the coolest things there has to be the mini hummers, jags, porsches, ferraris, and other cars. These mini's don't go more than five mph and run on gasoline. Retail price $15000. Crazy huh?
After the toy store we walked around more and back down to the hotel we picked up some Ray's Pizza. MMmm Delicious. And then changed for the play we were going too. We walked to the broadway play "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels". This play kicked soo much ass it is unbelieveable. John Lithgow (sp?) was in it. The guy of the voice of lord farqua in shrek!!!. Eii! It was the greatest. There was this other actor who is strictly broadway , the way he acted was spectacular. He hopped around was visual played with the audience verbally, ran around half naked, showed his bare butt, sang, danced, man he was awesome. The whole play was god like. I want to see it again!!!. On the walks back to the hotel at 11 my feet were killing me, my shoes I chose weren't meant for walking twelve blocks. (six there and six back). I wouldn't have wore the shoes if I had known we were in Times Square and would be so close.
Friday- Today's destination: Ellis Island Statue of Liberty and Chinatown Little Italy. On the cab ride over to Battery Park we saw ground zero. Personally I didn't care. I saw a large battleship, turns out that was a museum. When we got to Battery Park dad got tickets to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Then we waited in line for the ferry that would take us. After the line you go through security and then get into the last line. The ferry was hot but it was neat being on one. At least for me. I'd never been on a big boat before, just the ones at the lake with Jason. Our first stop was the Statue. It wasn't as big as I had been lead to believe from Ghostbusters. My dad took my picture with Jason in front of it.. I dislike pictures very much but my dad only sees me twice a year. So I let him. After looking at the statue we awaited the next ferry. I would have thought that we could go up into the statue but however those tickets are hard to get and you can't go all the way up anymore. Ellis Island was neat. You saw the process immigrants used to have to go through, the rooms, the history of the builiding, the different pamplets and much more. We caught the ferry back to Battery Park and caught a cab to the next place.
China town. I had a field day here with all the little shops and places to see. We had lunch at Jing Fong a super yummy chinese place. It was owned by the chinese so it wasn't imitation crap. I had some of the best noodles ever and sweet and sour shrimp, and tea. Jason had beef.My dad had shrimp and mine was chicken noodles. We all shared because that is what you do, like Jason said. They gave us a beef noodle for a starter. After the super yummy meal we went into a video game store. I got an imported nintendo ds, which is smaller than the u.s verison and is pink. I got Super Mario ( the 64 one) and Pac pix for it. Jason asked about mod chips while my dad looked around. I liked that store alot. We walked into many little stores (one where Jason bought Bleached) and a grocery store where I was upset that they didn't have cocopalm. :( I haven't been able to find that in years. We stoped in little Italy to have a desert. Jason and my Dad got italian sodas and gillatos, and I had some italian ice thingy that was tastey. I went to a Paul Frank store ( the monkey). I got some clothes three shirts. One with a pirate ship, one with a rocketship "Paul Frank is your friend even in outer space", and and Andy Warhol with Paul Frank shirt. I love my shirts very comfortable.
We walked down to our hotel again and stoped in Forbidden Planet. A large comic book store Jason bought the Berserk Box set and the new manga.Then we went down to times square and went to see Wedding Crahers. It was funnier than I thought it would be. My dad laughed hystericaly. He loved it.On the way back to the hotel we picked up pizza ( I forgot the name of this place) also very good.
Saturday-First stop The Natural History museum, ate lunch and spent three hours there. Not too much to it. Went to Macy's. I got a pair of jeans. Something I needed. We looked at all nine floors, and my dad went to the ninth to get some luggage. They were doing tryouts for Ameica's Next Top Model. Those girls that were trying out though, didn't look like they should be models. Not pretty or anything. Once again we walked around and went back to forbidden planet. This time my dad got to look around (they make you check your bags at the door and we didn't have any except my purse this time) he found it interesting. I picked up some mangas. I got S.o.s, Tokyo boys and girls, Tokyo Mew Mew ala Mode, and Tsubasa 6. Jason got a Sin city wallscroll. Next was the Virgin Megastore. Bought some cd's Charlie and the chocolate factory ( love those oompa loompa songs), Rocky Horror Picture show soundtrack (just shut up) , an old Three Doors Down cd ( I like one song "Be like that") and a L'arc en ceil cd. Jason and my dad bought cds too. Then to the large Toys R us so Jason could get something for his little sister. A large stuffed dog with an I love New York shirt. I got Yoshi Touch and go. This toy store had a ferris wheel. Impressive. We stopped at the street festival, to get italian sausage, smoothie, and a crepe. Went to the hotel, then went to Bubba Gump shrimp for dinner.
Bubba Gump was crazy it is all themed on Forrest Gump. Obviously right? Well they play the movie in there as you wait an eat. (you can watch it if you are near the screens). I loved the wait service there they have signs on the tabel that say "Run forrest run" and "Stop forrest stop".. the run one means that the waiter/waitress doesn't need to stop at the table, and the stop means to come and take order, or we need somethng. It is effective. They have different fruit lemonades. My dad got strawberry, Jason had blueberry. And most of the menu includes shrimp. I had battered shrimp. It was fun and in the middle they had a girl asking our section trivia about the gump, and me and my dad knew all the questions. It was a fun meal most definately. On the way back to the hotel again we stop but this time at the mister softiee truck to get icecream, a popsicle, and a milkshake.
Sunday- Our last day was going to the Empire State Building. We waited in a thirty minute line to get the tickets. My dad bought these "fastpass" type tickets which means we don't ever have to wait in line for the elevators. That took two hours of waiting of which we weren't standing around. A nice thing to do. It's weird being at the top of that building you can see so much. Generally I would be a little paranoid about being up there but they had guard fence all around (for the people who liked to commite suicide from there) so I felt way safe. I bought my mom a bell and Dan a shot glass there. You can see everything in New York from there almost. We left the State Building and went to eat lunch at Lombardi's. That was the pizza me and Jason heard about on the tv as the best. It was the best I had in New York but not the best overall ( that's still villa reial). More walking and a stop at Barnes&Noble (mostly for my dad) I got xxxholic 5 and Legal Drug3 and Stephen Kings it. Then we walked to times square again and went to the Madame Tusaudes. This one had things I haven't seen so it was neat, but I think a little over priced for how small it was. We went and saw Rockafeller Center , kinda boring in the summer time. I would love to see it around Christmas with it's large tree. And for the last New York meal we ate at an expensive fancy steak place. To give you a small idea my little bitty steak alone no sides cust $31.25 . Yeah the whole meal was $168 but that was my dad's choice to go. He was the one who picked it and wanted it. Once again it has been proven that I am a person who spends little to no time updating things of this nature. News wise: Only a week or so left til I go to New York for vacation with Jason. We now own two, yes two, chinchillas: Sophipilla and Enpenada. They are names after mexican deserts because the furry chinchilla reminds me over an over weight mexican women eating in the corner. Don't ask they just do. They are very cute a furry I love them. Not sure it was the best choice in splurging but oh well I wont return those cuties for anything. I watched b-movies with Matt and Jason: Critters 3&4, Leperchaun,Class of Nukem High, the not so bmovies House of 1000 corpses and It.And one more that I didnt get the chance to watch Santa Clause conquers the Martians. Hehe Im sure that one was to be the funniest. I have been playing a great deal of Warcraft and watched more than enough late night tv. Informercials and the like.I think that is it on my whole catch up nobody thing. Yeah I do believe that is all.
So of course everyone wants to know how the trip to Wisconsin went right? Well I shall tell all those who aren't actually listening. I got up a six am on Sunday the 19th and got on the plane with Jason and his family. We stopped off in the Alburqurque airport to get to the connecting flight to Chicago, and when we arrive in Chicago we get a rental car. It was large but fit us all almost comfortably, if you sat in the middle you were pretty much screwed on the comfort. We leave the airport and drive through Chicago, all the time Jason asking his dad if we could get deep dish. His dad ignored him and we ended up getting a thin north style pizza an hour or two outside of Chicago. It was still good pizza but I did want to try the deep dish. Another hour or two later we get to his aunt and uncles lake house on Lake Wisconsin. I met his relatives and their son Rosco, he was a smart little kid and slightly on the hyper side. I got my own room while staying there and Jason did try to stay with me most of the nights but either he would get uncomfortable ( it was a single bed so no room) or his dad would come in at two or three in the morning and tell him to go upstairs. Lame eh?
The first offical day of vacation we toured the lake. I got a major tan but it actually turned out to be a burn, it's peeling now so Jason rubs it in my face that he told me to wear sun screen. We got icecream at a stop off on the lake and played around on a sandbar for a little while. When we got back we ate food, I can't really remeber what but we ate. All week I was usually up around between eight and ten.
Next day we go to the Dells. It is like the Grand Canyon but smaller and I didn't even see it. Me and Jason got to go off by ourselves and look around. First thing he try to make me go into a "haunted house" thingy, which for those who know we well enough know I can't stand knowing that things are going to jump out at me in a dark place, so I freaked out(like an uber huge dork) and we left. Then we went to this thing called Wizard Quest, an interactive rpg type deal. I made fun of him hardcore for the whole thing because when you first go in these girls dressed up as fairies and what not tell you a barcode is a wand and you earn shimmers and have to save the wizards from entrapment. heh yeah.. But when you go in it is really cool, I hadn't seen anything like it. There are four areas for each of the elements and you go down slides to get to earth, fire, and water, you are dropped in air. We went through the Earth part first since it was the largest. You go down the slide and there is a castle, trees, all sorts of things and you crawl around and go under and in things to find the answers to the questions on the sheet. I really enjoyed, I think more than Jason. I don't know it was like being a little kid again but cooler. We didn't do all of it. Oh and there is a time limit! I kind of wanted to finish but Jason lost interest so I didn't mind going. Next he took me to the Ripley's Believe it or not since that was something I wanted to do and we did his things. It was like most Ripley's I've been to but there was some new things to see: a six legged dead stuffed cow, the head of a criminal that was cracked open to look for brain diseases etc. We got the tickets cheaper too since it came in a package with Wizard quest. After that we went to a candy store where Jason got a slush puppy (yummy yummy) and I bought a candy stick. We met up with his family soon after and had dinner at a burger place, I had chicken. On our way back to the house we got to get fireworks. We weren't allowed to do all of them that night since the little kids were supposed to go to bed and his aunt Sandy doesn't like fireworks. I also went tubing, I didn't like it at all and got stuck up in the tube.
Wednesday we went to the capitol of Wisconsin, Madison. We ate lunch at a really neat sammich place called Ella's Deli.Has lots of weird crap all over it, I liked the Alice clock they had. I drank a mello yellow and ate and turkey salami and pastrami sammich.We got dropped off on State Street. Not that cool, Jason got some cds then didn't feel very good, so it was sort of miserable. His dad went to a brewers game with his uncle and we went back to the lake house. His aunt took us mini fishing didn't get anything though. And then we talked politics over dinner at this place across the lake.
Thursday:Another day on the lake. I lathered on lots of sunscreen this time. We went to the sandbar and had brats and hotdogs for lunch. I caught 14 minnows in a net while I was there and actually got in the lake. We came back and did some of the less impressive fireworks. The rest of the m-70's ( I got burned) and sparklers. His dad wouldnt let us do the big ones because it was slightly breezy. Me and Jason weren't happy about that at all.
Friday: Left around noon to go to six flags. Rode coasters and Played in an arcade. Ate at applebees.Came home saturday.
Collectively I had a good time but I am still glade to be home because there are somethings you cant do while on vacation that you can do at home. Ill be taking another vacation in a month or so with Jason again this time my dad is taking us. Wee
